Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is allocated just for you and with notification can be given to someone else. If you need to make ANY changes to your scheduled appointment (cancel or reschedule) please give us a 48 hours notice. Unless we receive a 48hrs notice, there is a charge of $45 for appointments scheduled for up to 30 minutes and $100 for appointments scheduled for 1 hour or longer. Also, the length of your appointment is based on the treatment areas you request. If modifications need to be made to your booked appointment, please give us a 48hrs notice, otherwise there is a $25 charge for each area/treatment not completed. Please help us serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointments.
